Reports are starting to circulate regarding how the Braves plan to line up their pitching for the upcoming series in Toronto. According to multiple trusted beat writers, the current Braves’ probable pitching rotation is that Grant Holmes will take the mound on Monday, followed by Spencer Schwellenbach on Tuesday. As for Wednesday, the starter is still officially listed as TBA, but all signs are pointing toward a highly-anticipated return.

That’s right, Spencer Strider is the popular and likely candidate to make his 2025 season debut on Wednesday. This is the moment Braves fans have been waiting for.

Strider looked dominant in his recent rehab outings with Gwinnett, showing velocity, command, and the competitive fire that makes him one of baseball’s best. If Wednesday does in fact mark his return, make sure you’re near a TV. You won’t want to miss it.

Update: Spencer Strider is set to return to the Braves rotation Wednesday in Toronto, barring anything unexpected. After striking out 27 in just under 14 innings during rehab, his stuff looks sharp and his velocity is back!
